Loan Disclosure Notice

The following information is provided to give registered and verified members of the Platform a clear understanding of this short-term credit loan product. Please read all terms carefully before proceeding with your application.

This short-term loan is offered by licensed financial institutions partnered with the Platform and is available to members who have completed registration and identity verification. The loan is intended for temporary financial needs and short-term liquidity purposes.

• Product Type: Short-Term Loan (Account Balance Secured)
• Eligible Applicants: Individuals who have registered on the Platform, completed identity verification, and have been assessed as having sufficient repayment capacity
• Disbursement Method: Upon approval, loan funds will be credited to the member's platform account balance
• Review Time: 1–2 business days
• Repayment Method: Lump-sum repayment
• Loan Terms: 14 days, 21 days, or 30 days (selectable)
• Credit Limit Range: $10,000 – $5,000,000

Note: Applicants may submit additional asset documentation during the subsequent steps to improve their risk assessment results and potentially access higher credit limits. Final approved limits are subject to the evaluation of third-party underwriting institutions. The Platform does not provide loans to users who are unregistered, unverified, or who fail the risk assessment process.

• Origination Fee: A fixed fee of $25, covering loan origination, system review, and payment processing.
• Total of Payments: Principal Amount + Origination Fee + Interest. The full repayment amount will be displayed prior to submission, with no hidden charges.
• Annual Percentage Rate (APR): Calculated in accordance with the Truth in Lending Act (TILA). Because this is a short-term SMS-based loan, the disclosed APR may appear high but does not represent interest for long-term loans.

• 5% of the outstanding principal

Borrowers may repay the loan in full at any time without incurring prepayment penalties or additional fees. Only interest accrued up to the date of repayment will be charged. No extra costs will be added for early repayment.

• Failure to repay after the due date
• Providing false or inaccurate information
• Intentional avoidance of repayment or refusal to communicate

Default may result in:

• Late fee charges
• Multiple automated debit attempts
• Transfer of the debt to a licensed third-party collection agency
• Reporting to credit bureaus, impacting credit history
• Suspension of access to other platform services

• They have reasonably assessed their repayment ability
• They understand the potential fees and credit consequences related to late payments
• They will promptly notify the Platform of any change in contact information

• Short-term loans involve higher costs and are intended only for emergency or short-term needs
• Continuous reliance on short-term borrowing may cause financial strain
• Late payments may negatively affect credit scores and future access to financial products

• The laws of the borrower's state of residence (State Law)
• Applicable United States federal laws, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA)

This Loan Disclosure Notice serves as the full preliminary disclosure prior to the official loan agreement. The formal loan contract will be presented after the borrower submits the application and must be acknowledged and signed to become effective.
